Dear Customers,

As we finally begin to draw a close in 2020 and all of the uncertainty it has thrown at us, we are all without doubt ready to put our feet up, and are looking forward to the new year with much anticipation.

We are very grateful to you, our loyal customers and followers, for your loyalty and the continued support you have given us throughout the year.

As key workers and in often difficult circumstances we have continued to attend routine visits during the lockdown periods and responded to many emergency callouts.

We haven’t stopped training either – we have ensured we have stayed up to date with our continuous professional development requirements, retained and added to our various professional memberships, accreditations and certificates for another year, and in the process ensured we have continued to provide the very best possible service and to the highest industry standards.

As well as adding on another pest control service vehicle, we have also added to our product line our very own range of ROSTOP ® drain valves that are designed to keeps rats out of your drain system. We have fitted quite a few already and have had great results in properties that have suffered rodent infestations year on year.

It has been our busiest year ever, and the whole team at West Country are ready to put our feet up for a few days and recharge our batteries.

Our office will close at 4pm on Wednesday 23rd December and re-open at 8am on Monday 4th January 2021.

We look forward to continuing to be of service to you throughout 2021 and beyond.
